Create My Api Key POST
Create a personal API key and return the secret once, in `key`. Use it as `Authorization: Bearer sat_live_...`. It never expires unless `expires_in_days` (1-3650) is set. Requires a signed-in session token, not an API key (403 `SESSION_REQUIRED`). Names must be unique among active keys (409 `API_KEY_EXISTS`), and a user may hold at most 20 active keys (400 `API_KEY_LIMIT`).
