List Goals

List the company's goals, oldest first, with task progress. `tasks_total` counts the goal's linked tasks that are not `cancelled`; `tasks_done` counts those that are `done`. Goals are returned flat; nest them with `parent_id`.

Create Task Comment POST

Add a comment, question or plan to a task's thread. `task_ref` is the task's UUID or key (e.g. `SAT-12`). `kind` is `comment` (default), `question` or `plan`. A runner passes `run_id` of its running run to post as that run's agent (400 `RUN_NOT_RUNNING` otherwise); without it the caller is the author. Publishes `task.commented`.

Create Goal POST

Create a goal, optionally nested under a parent goal and owned by an agent. `parent_id` and `owner_agent_id` must belong to this company (404 `NOT_FOUND` otherwise). `status` defaults to `active`. Publishes `goal.created`.
