List Routines

List the company's routines, oldest first. A routine pairs an agent with a cron schedule and a task template. Schedules are stored but not evaluated by this API; see the trigger endpoint.

Reject Approval POST

Reject a pending approval, with an optional `note`. Rejecting `hire_agent` terminates the proposed agent; rejecting `budget_override` leaves the agent paused. `new_budget_cents` is ignored. Any member may decide; 400 `ALREADY_DECIDED` if it is not pending. Publishes `approval.updated` (and `agent.updated` when an agent is linked).

Create Routine POST

Create a routine for an agent in this company. `agent_id` and the optional `project_id` must belong to this company (404 `NOT_FOUND` otherwise). `cron` is stored as given and not validated or scheduled by this API. Publishes `routine.created`.
