Queue a run for the agent (a manual heartbeat). The run is only recorded here; an external runner executes queued runs. An optional `task_id` must belong to this company. If an identical run (same agent and task) is already queued, that run is returned instead of a new one. Fails with 400 `INVALID_STATE` for agents that are `paused`, `pending_approval` or `terminated`. Publishes `run.created`.
List Tasks GET
List the company's tasks, filtered and capped at `limit` (default 500, max 1000). Filters combine with AND: `status` (repeatable), assignee, project, goal, parent, `created_by=me` and `q`, a case-insensitive substring match on title and description. Results are ordered by `sort_order`, then newest task number first. Each task carries its `key` (e.g. `SAT-12`).
